50 Days With AZINMAGBA JOHN(Day 8)

Rule 8 : BE YOUR OWN ADVISER

Deep down within us all is a fount of wisdom called INTUITION. Listening to your intuition is a slowly learnt process. It starts by recognizing that tiny inner voice or feeling that will tell you when you have done something wrong. It's an incredibly still, quite voice and needs silence and concentration to hear it properly. Conscience ,you may call it, that helps you know when you've done something bad. It helps you realize when you've got to make apologies , make amends and put things right.
Once you start listening to that inner voice or feeling, you will find out it can help , it will become more than a mindless parrot perched on your shoulder chanting ' you messed up again'. The key is when you hear your intuition telling you whether something is the right thing to do or not especially before doing it.
Listen , and it's all there, if you're going to get an adviser, who should it be? It makes sense for it to be YOU, because you have all facts and experience, all knowledge at your finger tips. No one else can get inside you and see exactly what's going on. No one can know you better than yourself.
Quick point of clarification here, when I say listen , I don't mean listen to what is going on in your head cause that's where madness lies. But I mean that still ,quite voice. For some it is more a feeling than a voice, what we sometimes call instinct, and even if it is a voice , a lot of times it doesn't speak at all unlike our mind that babbles on incessantly.
This deals with what we are about to do, big decisions we have to make, why we're behaving the way we are. You probably know the answer , if you ask yourself.
