No fewer than five persons have been injured and properties worth millions of naira destroyed during a fire incident at Ekeki Motor Park in Yenegoa, Bayelsa state. An eye witness reported that the fire started as a result of an explosion from a generator at about 9am this morning. Traders at the park blamed the lack of quick response from the fire fighters and even turned them back in anger when they arrived, an eye witness said.
