Gun-wielding thugs last night, believed to be
supporters of a candidate set fire to
the office of INEC in Ugba town, Logo Local Government Area of Benue yesterday Ugba is the hometown of Governor Gabriel Suswam, the PDP Senatorial
candidate. His opponent is Senator Barnabas Gemade of APC.
Eyewitness report has it that Ugba town became rowdy as
people were fleeing to safety, with sporadic gunshots which resulted to several persons getting injured.
It was learnt that the attackers
were dressed in military uniform.
