Indian policemen set woman ablaze after refusing to pay bribe

Police in India have launched an investigation into the death of a woman after she suffered fatal
burns following an argument with police in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The woman was said to have made the allegations about the police in her dying statement. The woman was said to have come to collect her husband who was being detained by the police where according to her, she was asked to pay a bribe of 100,000, rupees($1,578). According to the dying woman's testimony, she
alleged that the police officers had humiliated her and set her on fire using petrol.
